Results

As a new phase we are limited in the results that are available for us to publish.  However, we have now been open for three academic years and we are proud to be able to publish the last three years of end of year outcomes. You can also access our results on the Department for Education website and our school profile here.

EYFS Outcomes

A Good Level of Development is defined as children working at the expected standard, or exceeding the expected standard, in the key areas of literacy, maths, physical development, communication and language and personal, social and emotional development.

Year 1 Phonic Screening

At the end of Year 1 children are tested on their ability to read phonetically decodable words.  If they do not pass the screening they will be retested at the end of Year 2.

KS1 Outcomes

AT the end of KS1 (Year 2), teachers are required to assess each child in the areas of reading, writing, maths and science.  National Curriculum assessment tests (SATS) are used to inform teachers’ judgements.

Children are assessed as:

  •  ‘Expected Standard’ – working at the expected standard for a child at the end of Year 2.
  •  ‘Greater Depth’ – working at greater depth within the expected standard, with a strong understanding of the curriculum.

We are immensely proud of our pupils who are thriving in our school community.  They are developing into confident, articulate and resilient learners, and having a lot of fun along the way!
